CHAMBER OF COMMERCE MEMBERSHIP DRIVE.

The Meagher County Chamber of Commerce is beginning our 2008 membership drive and we invite you to become a member of our organization.

We are members of the Montana State Chamber of Commerce which offers our members“ Montana Chamber Choices Health Plan”. A health plan that is available to small businesses with 2 to 50 employees.

We also partner with the Livingston Job Service & Gateway Economic Development Corporation. The Job Service offers free workshops & sends quarterly newsletters with helpful information to our Chamber members. Gateway Economic brings a mix of business loan capital and business assistance to Meagher County and it’s business community.

The Chamber of Commerce sponsors the following events:

• “Mothering-Up” Cowboy Poetry which is held over Mothers Day weekend.
• The 4th of July parade & other events over the holiday.
• The 3rd annual Community Expo to be held in the spring.
• The new & improved 2008 Christmas Stroll.

Your dues play a vital part in promoting Meagher County through advertising inthe ‘Russell Country Travel Planner’. We work with the Russell Country people to publish updated information about activities happening in Meagher County.

We hold monthly meetings at the Community (Senior) Center. Come join us and help build Meagher County into ‘THE BEST PLACE’ to work and live.
